The most dietetic and lightest of all sour creams produced by “Smiltenes piens”. It is a fermented dairy product, which makes an excellent addition to various soups: both cold soups with fresh greens or our own beet-roots, as well as hot soups with vegetables and a few pieces of boiled meat in each plate.
