EASTER CHEESE SALAD
The most delicious Easter cheese salads and snacks created with the help of Smiltenes Piens KLASISKAIS cheese. Happy Easter!
Ingredients
- 200 g Smiltenes Piens KLASISKAIS cheese
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 cooked carrot
- 2 tbsps mayonnaise
- 2 tbsps sour cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
Preparation
Grate the cooked carrot and cheese into fine shreds. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and garlic.
Mix everything with mayonnaise and sour cream, garnish with herbs when serving. For a more colourful festive meal, the salad can be wrapped in pre-baked crispy baskets or carved tomatoes.
