BURRATA WITH GRILLED GRAPES

When the grape harvest is at its peak, there is no better snack than Burrata with grilled grapes. Try this sophisticated combination of flavours by cookbook author Signe Meirāne.
Ingredients
  • 1 Smiltenes Piens’ Burrata
  • 300 g grapes
  • 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • a little sea salt
  • a little smoked paprika powder
  • a little freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
Preparation

Mix everything in the bowl except the Burrata. Put the grapes on skewers, preheat the grill and grill until they are nicely charred and starting to curl a little. Remove, put on a plate, place the Burrata next to them and season with pepper. Serve with fresh bread.
