A very special cheese, matured for 6 months and made in honor of the 100th anniversary of our home city, Smiltene. This carefully prepared cheese has a slightly sweet and mild flavor, which makes it very distinctive and easily recognizable.
Ingredients: pasteurised MILK, calcium chloride, microbial rennet, lactic acid, bacteria cultures, salt.
