By combining light cream cheese and rich heavy cream, we have created this aristocratic cake that bursts with flavour from the zingy lemon curd which is made by following the traditional French tarte aux citrone recipe. For an exquisite finish, we have decorated it with luscious dark chocolate. And, of course, this cake has no added preservatives.
