Naturally, the gorgeous Italian flag-coloured Mozzarella salad with tomatoes and basil has become a classic in many homes, but this cheese is also undoubtedly a great addition to a wide range of main courses, southern snacks, rich pizzas and omelettes thanks to its excellent melting power and elasticity.

Soft cheese (pasteurised milk, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme, thermophilic lactic acid bacteria pure culture, cooking salt), 50% brine (water, salt, calcium chloride).
Store between +2°C and +10°C.
